  I haven't made it home 1 time over the last 6 months without my order being wrong. I live 15 minutes outside town and a phone call results in "you can come back and get it."
  
  Another night another letdown! A premed salad which is fine typically but tonight the salad is full of brown and soaking wet lettuce, onions not fresh either. There's a waste of $5

  Mazzio's has been going down hill lately. Apparently they burned one of our 2 pizzas. We were offered a free order of cinnamon sticks which was nice and made us happy, but had it been me, I would have offered a partial refund because the wait was lengthy. Also the pizzas we did get were both very limp and soggy. One was thin crust and one original. Mazzio's needs to step up their game. I live in the OKC area and have already primarily switched to a place called Marco's Pizza because it's always hot, fresh, and right.
