  Long wait and food that was not fit to eat. The waitress was polite but wore too many hats. It took 15 minutes to take my order due to having to deliver food, clean tables, get the register etc. I ordered a scrambler that came out so dry that I could not eat it. The food was not hot enough as evidenced by the fact that the cheese on the top never melted. While paying for my meal the waitress asked how everything was. I expressed my disappointment and she said sorry and took my money. I tipped her because she was polite and I pitied the fact that she had to run the place herself. This all occurred around 10 a.m. on a Thursday. Shame on the owner of this establishment.
